
魏海英,博士,副教授。科研曾主要从事配合物及无机催化材料的合成和性质应用研究,主持和参与多项省级、国家级项目,指导硕士研究生数名,发表论文20余篇。目前专注于本科教学,主要是无机化学的理论和实验课的教学工作,注重本科生教学创新改革探索,以及基础实验的教学改革,在《大学化学》发表相关教改论文。指导学生参与第四届河北省大学生化学实验教学创新竞赛(获一等奖),并获得“优秀指导教师”称号。积极参与学校学院公共管理工作,担任过学生辅导员、无机化学教工党支部书记、工会委员、学院党委委员;获得了“就业先进个人”、“校级优秀共产党员”、“校级模范教师”等荣誉称号。现担任无机化学教研室主任和研究生第二党支部书记。
