
1. 霍树营,博士,教授。课题组主要在多肽化学和反应动力学两方面进行研究。在多肽化学研究方向,为了解决多对二硫键选择性合成问题,课题组发展了有机硒化合物和四价铂配合物两类高效合成试剂,用于多肽多对二硫键的选择性合成。发展、建立了SeODR 和BA-ODr法精准、高效、选择性合成多对二硫键、硫醚桥联的多环肽的方法。同时,发展、建立了四价铂配合物选择性脱除多肽巯基保护基反应用于环肽、蛋白质的高效合成,建立了精准的合成策略。在反应动力学研究方向,建立了四价铂配合物与含巯基、硫醚、硒醚化合物的反应动力学和反应机理的研究方法,为四价铂配合物在多肽化学和蛋白质化学中的应用奠定了坚实的理论基础。课题组主持、完成国家基金、河北省自然科学基金等10余项,相关研究成果发表学术论文30余篇,申请、授权专利5项。
